Q: Replace a key

Use Update API key in the integration. Verify the replacement and check the advertiser identity before connecting it. Next: Connect Shopify for supported store and measurement setup, or review your advertising.

This connects an advertising account. To connect the ChatGPT assistant, use Connect ChatGPT.

Before you begin

Create an Advertiser API key in your Ads Manager settings.

Use the advertiser key, rather than an OpenAI model API key or a Conversions API key.

Connect your account

Open setup

Open the Mighty Console and select your workspace and brand.

Start a chat

Open Integrations → ChatGPT Ads.

Verify your key

Enter the Advertiser API key and select Verify key.

Check the result

Check the returned account name, currency, timezone, account status, and review status.

Choose your account

If this is the correct account for your brand, select Connect account.

Enter the key in the Console. Stored keys are not displayed back to you.

Check it works

Try this request

Check ChatGPT Ads access and measurement readiness for [brand name]. Explain any missing setup. Do not make changes.

Connecting the account does not launch ads or enable conversion tracking. Finish the measurement steps shown for your brand before relying on conversion reporting.
